The Low Altitude Assault Transport/carrier, or LAAT/c, was a vehicle-carrying variant of a series created for the . It first appeared in and was used throughout the Clone Wars, from the Battle of Geonosis to the Battle of Yavin and beyond. Initially manned by a single pilot, the LAAT/c was originally designed for battlefield deployment, but was later modified to accommodate multiple vehicles during the Clone Wars, using strong magnetic clamps to secure payloads.
