Assesses mineral transformer oil oxidation stability by quantifying sludge and acid formation under accelerated aging conditions. This constant-temperature oil bath, designed for mineral insulating oil oxidation stability testing, submerges six oil containers to the required depth, adhering to ASTM specifications at 110C 0.5C. It regulates oxygen flow to each sample at 1L/h 0.1L/h via six independent flowmeters on a shared manifold. The insulated, double-walled stainless steel bath features microprocessor temperature control with C/F switchable digital setpoint and display. An over-temperature control circuit safeguards the operator and equipment by automatically shutting off power when the bath temperature exceeds a set limit.
