Sonic Youth / Sister LP Record
This is their fourth album, released in 1987. It's from the era when they were still doing whatever they wanted as part of the No New York, No Wave scene before their major label debut. The B-side, with its dissonances and improvisations that make you wonder if it's even a song, is very compelling.
This is a copy I purchased in the late 1980s. It might be an original pressing.
Notes:
Slight corner wear on the outer jacket, and some age-related discoloration on the opening of the inner jacket.
The black part on the inner jacket might peel off like the Velvet Underground's banana cover, but I haven't touched it. I've kept it carefully, and I believe it's in very good condition considering its age.
