SCS 497AJN Electronic Service Vacuum The SCS 497 Series Electronic Service Vacuum is designed to clean electronics equipment. It removes particulate such as small components, toner, dirt, and dust. The Electronics Service Vacuum meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and contains a one-horsepower, six amp motor. Its hose and accessories are dissipative. This allows electrostatic charges to be drained to ground when the vacuum is connected to an electrical receptacle.The SCS Electronic Service Vacuum is designed for use with disposable SCS Filters. The filters must be replaced on a regular basis. Frequency of filter replacement depends on the type and frequency of use of the 497AJN Electronic Service Vacuum. If included, use the filter indicator to alert when the filter must be replaced.
