- When to Replace a solenoid: If there are obvious damages such as cracks, deformation, or rust on the solenoid valve housing, if the electrical connections are not firm and there are signs of looseness or breakage, or if through resistance measurement, power-on test (when the solenoid valve coil is powered on, a slight "click" sound should be heard normally, and you can feel the suction by approaching the coil with a thin steel wire or a small screwdriver), or if it heats up severely after being powered on for a long time, which may indicate that the iron core is stuck, replace the solenoid valve in time.
