Four-point contact ball bearings with thrust washers endure substantial axial loads in both directions and minor radial loads. They can operate at extremely high rotational speeds and are suitable for roller bearings to better withstand large axial forces. Outer ring, balls, and cage can be installed into the raceway without the need for two inner ring halves. Thrust washer can be used to prevent outer ring rotation.
