This is an M-65 fishtail parka by Maharishi, a fashion brand from London.
It appears to be a remake of the US military's M-65 fishtail parka.
- Features dragon embroidery.
- "maharishi" on the left chest. Attaches with Velcro.
- Drawcord for waist adjustment on the left side. None on the right side. The original drawcords are missing.
The base is a 1974 M-65 fishtail parka.
Size: SMALL-REGULAR
The armpits have been remade with mesh, but as shown in the images, there are tears.
There is a repair seam under the right pocket.
The buttons show wear on the back, causing some fading of the color (Image 18).
For color comparison, I've lined up the M-65 fishtail parkas I own. From left to right: a 1970s model, this item, and a 1980s model (Image 19).
Black dyeing might make the dragon embroidery stand out more.
