These blades feature tangentially positioned pockets with TANG-GRIP Single-Ended Inserts, ideal for Parting and Grooving. The TGSU 35-3-IQ-4Z model boasts four pockets per blade. The cutting direction is neutral, and the taller blades ensure added stability. They can handle larger cut-off diameters and are suitable for all ISO materials. The Tang-Grip Parting line with Sumo-Grip Technology provides very rigid clamping, high reliability, and increased stability. They deliver excellent straightness and surface finish, with a long tool and pocket life, and can operate without coolant. Recommended for parting large diameter parts and handling interrupted cuts, these blades are used to produce grooves and cut-off pieces in turning machines. They are compatible with most standard TAG series inserts and blade holders, but inserts are not included.
