2xTaq Pol Master Mix HotStart Taq Polymerase is Ready-to-Go solution for swiftly setting the PCR reactions. Its prepared with HotStart Taq polymerase and contains all the reagents required for the PCR reaction, such as Mg++, and deoxynucleotides. Just add the template and primers at Room temperature. Its is highly stable and shipped at room temperature. It is premixed with loading dye. Product is guaranteed for best performance. Amplification of few 100 base pairs to 10kb. 1 ml is good for 100 reactions of 20ul each.
