Heat kits add a furnace heating coil into a cooling or blowing unit that allows for heated air to be directly produced and distributed from that unit as needed. Goodman HKTS heat kits are explicitly designed to fit inside Goodman brand air handlers and feature a plug-in wiring harness to keep installation quick and straight forward. Features: Meets UL 60335-2-40 standards for safety and quality assurance. Integrated circuit breaker provides built-in overcurrent protection. Enhanced sequencers and incorporated fuse links allow for increased temperature control and high-temperature safety. Rust and corrosion-resistant nickel chromium heat elements. Control circuitry arranged to permit staging readily. Multiple branch circuit capability. Completely assembled and tested. ETL Listed and ISO Certified.
