This Designer Line Refrigerator features a roll-thru design, two sections, and self-contained refrigeration. It boasts a stainless steel front, aluminum interior and ends, and a standard depth cabinet. The unit includes full-height stainless steel doors at the front and full-height glass doors at the rear, along with an electronic controller with a digital display and removable stainless steel ramps. As with all Continental Refrigerator equipment, customization options are available to meet unique needs. The cabinet construction comprises a stainless steel front with aluminum end panels and interior. The standard features include a self-contained, performance-rated plug refrigeration system using natural, high-efficiency R-290 refrigerant. The system is readily accessible on top of the cabinet, separate from the food zone. It also features an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator expansion valve system, 3 non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, smooth polished chrome door handles, triple-pane tempered hinged glass doors, magnetic snap-in Santoprene door gaskets, self-closing doors, and an electronic control with off-cycle defrost. The interior is lit by LED lights, and air distribution ducts are located at the top and sides. The cabinet upper side panels and refrigeration plug system can be removed and reinstalled at the job site. The unit also includes removable stainless steel rack guides and ramps, and a reinforced stainless steel floor. Optional features include epoxy coated steel shelves, chrome or stainless steel shelves, rehinging of the door, custom laminates, half doors, special electrical requirements, and correctional facility options.
