Specifications include: Carbon Fiber fabric in 2x2 Twill weave, panel density of .052 lb/in3 (1.45g/cc), 55% fiber and 45% epoxy volume fraction, fiber types Hyosung H2250 and Toray T700 12k, Hexcel AS4 3k, epoxy PRO-SET INF-114, INF-213, glass transition temperature Tg Onset at 177°F (81°C). Plates are made with fibers at 0 and 90 degrees, ensuring symmetry, balance, and consistent mechanical properties. Tolerances: length/width ±.06", thickness 0-.124"THK ±.010", .125"-.375"THK ±.020".
