The LT80 Bar is a no-modification-required bolt-on bar, handcrafted and in-house powder coated. It boasts a Tig Welded process with a Fully Welded standard. Designed with Seamless pipe over Welded pipe for impact resistance and additional powder coating protection, it comes with an ISO Procedure 9000:2005 tolerance of +/- 0.125". Made from A36 carbon steel with a Medium hardness rating, it offers a seamless pipe tensile strength of 60kPsi and an A36 carbon steel tensile strength of 58-79kPsi, making it ideal for high loads and impacts.
