Adhesive withstands repeated switch actuation and forms clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. Heavy 94# PCK paper liners resist humidity, curling, tunneling and buckling and add stability for improved processing.
- 9 mil double-coated spacer is ideal for withstanding repeated stress of switch actuation
- 2 mil 3M Acrylic Adhesive 200MP delivers excellent shear strength, resists slippage and edge lifting
- 5 mil polyester film carrier provides strength and stability
- Heavy 94# polycoated kraft (PCK) liners deliver improved handling and lay-flat
- Adhesive resists oozing at slits and die-cuts for faster part processing
- Liners add dimensional stability for high-speed rotary die-cutting
