This is a COMME des GARCONS dress purchased in the 80s.
It features a flattering A-line silhouette with soft, bright red velvet.
It has a knitted wool motif.
The hood is also partially connected, which is typical of COMME des GARCONS.
The dress has been professionally cleaned before listing.
Before cleaning, I didn't notice, but due to the velvet material, it's difficult to see, but there are some faint blackish stains in places, and the fabric on the right side of the front motif is slightly white.
Also, it seems the lining in the back is longer, possibly due to shrinkage of the outer fabric during cleaning (safety pins or hem tape can be used for immediate wear).
